      Wbtb

So I've been trying to wake up after my dreams through autosuggestion, and I seem to be succeeding, because for the last few nights I've woken up from my dreams. My intention has been to DEILD, but usually when I wake up from a dream, I forget what I was supposed to do and move around and forget my dream. I try to attempt the DEILD anyways, but it just doesn't seem to work so I get up and write down whatever I happen to remember about my dream.
All of this leads up to the fact that after getting up, I attempt to WBTB. (it should work, right? Because I already slept for 5-6 hours) When I try to go back to bed, though, I can't fall asleep because I'll lay too still, and then I'll feel the beginnings of sleep paralysis, and I try not to notice it, but I do, and it keeps me awake, and I haven't been able to successfully WILD yet, so I just lay there feeling odd and not sleeping...
Is there something I can do to help me fall back asleep normally?

Try using alarm and set it to 3 hours after you get to sleep if you cant fall asleep after 5-6 hours.
