Hello everybody! This seems like a very cool site and I'm glad to see that it's pretty active. I actually had my first truly lucid dream a few years ago. I've had others, but can't recall them. Recently I've had two more, but they didn't last as long.

My first experience with a lucid dream happened when I was dreaming of sitting in my living room, and all of a sudden George Michael was there hanging out LOL! I realized that wasn't possible, and it set off a long lucid dream. I can't remember all the details but it went on for a long time and I was totally aware it was a dream and had fun with it.

A few weeks ago, I dreamed I was in my old elementary school, and we were having a fire drill. I was talking to one of my classmates when I realized we were adults, as well as the other students. That's when I became lucid. I said to the classmate, "We're 34 years old. We went to school here between the ages of 6 and 13. Why are we still here?? We must be in some sort of weird limbo or this is a dream!" I laughed at the ridiculousness of us all standing there. A few moments later I woke up.

Last night I dreamed I was riding my old 10-speed around the neighborhood, when I remembered in the dream that I recently sold it at a yard sale. "How could I be riding this bike again?", I thought. I became lucid and intentionally rode the bike into a telephone pole just to test out the dream LOL! Then I saw a car drive by. It was a small 4-door about the size of an old Corolla, but it said Corvette on the back. That really confirmed my suspicions. I continued riding around for a few moments enjoying the dream then woke up.

That's all for now. See you guys in the forums!

Nice, sounds like you've had some good lucid experiences in the past, and that you're able to just notice oddities and become lucid! This is how I get a lot of my lucid dreams, let me know if you need any help with it

And, I'll save any other greeters the trouble of linking you to the tutorials. Welcome to Dreamviews
