Thread: -sigh- so many questions

Hey guys. If any of you could facebook me, and chat with me on their, it would be way easier. or even, Joshua Williams (___-___-____) I don't mind calls. But I have some questions,

When I try WILD, I notice that I'm so excited by the thought of LD that I can't even sleep, and my eyes don't want to stay shut. Because of this, my eyes usually move around, and twitch while I'm trying to stay inanimate for like 25 minutes. My eyes opening ruined both of my body paralyze waves I almost had last night. Any suggestions? or does it even matter my eyes are moving under the lids.

When I dream, I in no way realize I'm dreaming, and wake up slapping myself in the face. Any ideas?

Does it matter what position you sleep in? and does holding your eyes closed with something work?
