      Talking Fear ->>> Excitement

      For the first time, I had a positive SP experience.
      Well... Half SP to tell the truth. But let's get on.

      2 Hours ago, I decided to get some nap, and practice WILDing.
      I lied down, and relaxed. I was thinking about all kind of stuff, but I was keeping myself awake, by always remembering myself what I did in the last hours, and it worked.

      Then suddenly, I felt my earbuzzing go a little stronger, but it didn't go that strong yet. My muscles also started to shake randomly.
      All of a sudden I started feeling a great deal of fear. I was about to panic, but then, my fear changed to excitement. I don't know exactly how, but I started to feel super excited. It was so heavy, that my heart was beating like 10 times a second, and I even started to feel some kind of a forward-tunnel motion....

      ...But then I thought if I don't get out of this now, I will get a heart attack, so I tried to move.... and I got out of bed easily. So it wasn't an SP... or it wasn't yet SP at least. Anyways, I never felt so excited in my entire life.

      Fun! Sounds like you were almost to a dream Don't worry about having a heart attack, the feeling of increased heart rate or increased breathing is totally normal and safe. It is mostly hallucination based on (and exaggerating) your normal breathing and heart rate changes that happen during sleep. I'm sure there is a little adrenaline in there too. Just try to relax, and imagine a dream you want to enter.

      If you got out of bed that easily, there is a chance you were having a false awakening. They can be extremely convincing, so don't get fooled Always do a reality check or two after you wake up, especially after sleep parralysis experiences.

      If it feels like you're going to have a heart attack, it's your brain trying to trick you into telling it that you're awake, you're in no real danger.

      These feelings are pretty common hallucinations that accompany sleep paralysis. Unfortunately, this is also what can make them so terrifying. If you're trying to sleep, and you feel like there's a weight on you, like someone is pushing you down, if you feel like you're having trouble breathing, or that racing heart, chances are that it's a COMPLETELY harmless hallucination, so try to just accept it and relax. If you do find them happening, try to just focus on something else instead of what the hallucinations are making you feel. If I got to that point I would just start to VILD.
