      Binaural Beats

      How effective are these for inducing lucid dreams?
      anybody have good success with them?
      if so what is a good program i should get?

      I tried I-doser one time which has multiple numbers of binaural beat mp3s, but I have never once felt anything major like how other people described it.

      Maybe a more relaxed feel, but that was it.

      For me it helps immensely, because i use headphones it blocks out the noise surrounding me, which is one of the big things for me, and it also basically informs me of when i've entered my lucid dream fully, because I no longer concentrate on the noise and it disappears
