      Hello everyone

      Hello

      I'm new here, though I made this account a while a go.
      Started checking this forum out tody. Great topics.

      I had 2 LD's but i often see hypnagogic immages and hear sounds befor falling asleep.

      Hope I'll find usefull information about lucid dreaming here..

      If you're seeing hypnogogia, then you may find it easy to WILD. Check out the tutorial section for more in depth knowledge of hypnogogia and WILD and such
