Hello, im also new to the forum. Been fascinated about lucid dreaming for a long time now, but sadly never had the time to get involved into it. I recorded my dream last night (or atleast what i could remmeber lol), not too much, only a few scenes, but it looks promising, im very optimistic. Just gotta be persistent. The only thing thats bothering me is the journal, i mean i like the writing stuff, but waking in 4 am and writing things down in it while i can barely keep my eyes open. Its a nuisance. Anybody maybe have a better idea or a tip. Tried recording, doesnt work very much for me, cuz my voice is awful in the morning, cant understand a word i say lol. Oh yea, and can somebody please explain the basic terminology or point me to a thread about that. I saw alot of DC terms, lol im guessing that stands for dream creatures? Oh yea, almost forgot, i was watching something about some dream entities in a show couple of years ago, and it really really freaked me out. Are they real? lol Anyways im really freaked about it when it comes to dreaming, will it maybe affect me in any way and in my journey to lucid dreaming? Thank you.
