Is It bad not to recall sometimes?

I just had a quick question for you guys. Is it bad if you cant recall your dream one day. For example, when I found out about lucid dreaming(about 4-5 days ago) I started my dream journal. I was able to record at least 1 dream a night(sometimes 2-3), but when I woke up this morning I could barely remember one dream. So basically my question is, is it bad if this happens every once in a while or is it ok to miss every once in a while.

Thanks again for taking your time to help out.

Its perfectly fine. It happens a lot to me also.

However, if this happens for over a week then you should be worried.

Nah, it's no big deal. One or two nights, or even longer, shouldn't be a problem. If you find yourself getting worried, my advice would be to, when you go to bed, repeat to yourself that you'll have interesting dreams and that you'll remember them when you wake up. And try drinking some water before bed so you wake up in the night. Before I got my first lucid, I found there were a few times I had absolutely no dream recall - it's a little worrisome, but it probably won't last.

Don't worry about it much. It happens and will happen.

Thanks guys. I was just making sure. I am a pretty paranoid person, and I also dont want to let this go, I want to become very good at lucid dreaming, thats why I am putting alot of effort into it.

      Thanks again for the help.

Remembering a couple more or less dreams than one's average happens to pretty much everyone. If your average is one dream, it's not such a big step to remember 0 . Even if someone's average was 4 a night they could still have no recall on a random day.
