Hmm, I've decided that I'll keep trying DILD as I try WILD too. I've set up a repeating task on my computer which says "RC" out loud every five minutes. Maybe that'll help.

Are there any RCs which are more "proven" than others? Have there been cases reported here where RCs succeed in dreams (maybe because the dreamer expects them to succeed)? Right now, what I'm doing every five minutes is counting my fingers, looking at a number twice, and blocking my airway and checking if I can breathe through my nose.
