      Dream Turn to Blank Pages

Hey I'm Pretty New, But have been a dreamer for a quite a while ( not lucid ) just really kewl dreams, if been trying to get into the lucid dreaming for about a month. I keep a dream journal and my dreams are very clear most of the time, been taking B6 and I WBTB very easily. I try WILD before i go to bed at night just to get the grip of it been doing it for quite a while, at first it was scary but now i get stuck...wierd. I realized about a week ago that my dreams are like pages of blank and i'll page trough them and then maybe there be a little scene in color.

Any Suggetions why it could be like this??

Dreaming has always been a favorite to me, too! Ever since I've discovered lucid dreaming I've been intrigued by the concept and have loved every lucid second of my life

I've taken B6 before and it has greatly helped me in remembering my dreams. They were usually more intense and in-depth, with a higher frequency. Much more interesting and vivid, too. It's important to not become discouraged by lucid dreaming. It's a skill -- and one of the mind that needs training to achieve perfection Your "blank" dreams may be the result of what you eat, as it can have an effect on your dreams. People are different, though. If it irks ya enough feel free to post a topic in General Discussion where you'll definately get some educated people to discuss it.

For me, color is a property of the dreams that I'll only really notice if an object in the dream strikes me in such a way that I'm bound to look at it. Luckily for me though, I usually always dream in color. You may dream in color all the time and just not notice, lol!

      Good luck in your pursuit!

Hey n0n3! Good to see more South Africans finding our spot
      Welcome

I can only guess whats causing your blanks, but if you're using a wake induced method, I've found that the blackness happens if I'm not deep enough before I try to eg. open my eyes (Depending on what your method is)

I've found this useful : lying on a raft in the ocean, and feeling the waves for a while.... then opening your eyes when you feel more into the dream. Or allowing the raft to wash up on a beach
Try something like this when that happens - it might help. Of course everyone is different. We can only hope
