      Hello!

      Hello!

I'm from Germany, but I hope my English is understandable.

I had a strange dream some weeks ago, and someone told me about lucid dreaming. I thought this might be interesting, so I looked it up in Wikipedia yesterday and there was a link to dreamviews.com.

I decided to start a dream journal, but I thougt I would be lucky, if I could write down a dream, because I usually can't remember my dreams. But I was wrong: During the night, I could write down six different dreams, at least partially.

I noticed that there seem to be two different kinds of dreams: One kind I have shortly before waking up, probably in REM, and the other kind while falling asleep.

But in the dreams I have while or shortly after falling asleep, I can't interact with the things I see, I can't even think about them, I just see them happen like watching a video. (It's somehow hard to describe.) Are these "real" dreams, too?

sorry I cannot understand your english

yeah both of these dreams are "real" dreams- it's just that in some you are more passive than in others- usually passive dreams occur after you watch television before sleep. 6 dreams at the first night is very good! Yeah for some reason after the first 3 hours of sleep I can barely remember anything, though later during the night is where the magic happens for me.

      Thank you for your answer.

Maybe I wach to much TV if I have so many passive dreams? But they are not all like this, only sometimes.

I didn't remember all the dreams at once, but the most ones after I fall asleep and woke up again after a few seconds, and I had a dream in this few seconds, so these were very short dreams. I'm quite sure that I would have forgotten them after falling asleep again, If i hadn't wrote them down.

From the main part of the sleep I only remember two longer dreams, which were also quite passive, but not as passive as the 4 short ones.

All of the dreams were realy strange, but thats normal for my dreams ...

How would you call a dream in which you see a little dog -- and eat it? (It was quite tasty ...)

Spicy, and somehow like meat. But not like anythink I ever ate in reality.

I had many dreams with dogs in the last few days.
