Is there anything more I should be doing?

      Hi.

I read about lucid dreaming a couple of years ago, but I never seriously got on the track to having them more frequently.

      Now, I'm getting started:

-I have basic dream recall. I write down 1 dream every morning.

-I do reality tests: I check if text stays the same when I look away and back, and I test
-everytime I get on the computer/TV/video games,
-when I get in a car
-when I start reading a book
-everytime I talk to a person for the first time that day.

Is there anything more I should be doing on my goal of lucid dreaming? Should I wake up throughout the night to record dreams, or is one a night enough?

Try waking up during or before REM periods, writing whatever dreams you have down. (maybe do a couple reality checks while your up) Then go back to sleep trying to WILD. if that fails then you should (in my experience) have a higher chance to DILD.

Another thing is, Its all in the mind. its all about the kind of attitude and thought process you bring to it
if you believe and 'KNOW' 100% before going back to sleep that you will indeed lucid. then you will
      At least that's how i view DILD's
