      New Member, and a question! :O

      Hello everyone!
      I've been very interested in Lucid Dreaming for a few years, never really had the dedication to try for more than a day at it
      But now I am, so I will be posting/lurking
      I love reading about other people's dreams, it's really interesting.

      Oh, the question.
      How conscious are you in a Lucid Dream? As conscious as in real life, like you have all your memories, exactly as if you weren't dreaming?

      memory is a tricky subject- you don't find yourself reminiscing about waking life moments, but you are you, and you are truly "there", your very same self as in real life, not some zombified deluded shadow of yourself that you have in nonlucid dreams
      TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
      TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
      new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]
      10-15min LD [ X] Article: A day in the life of an LD-er
      the "Mind V.S. Body" Induction technique
      Everyman 2 LD's/ sleep schedule progress
