      Hey I'm just starting out :), and also a question.

      Hey I'm new here and I just wanted to say hello as I'll probably be here for a long time to come . Ive heard of lucid dreaming before but never really looked into it. Now that I have i am very interested in the subject and would very much like to experience one! Right now my main goal is to recall two dreams a night for a full week before trying anything else. But I have a question and im wondering if this is unique or if it happens to everyone starting out. Ive been trying for two weeks just to become lucid in my dreams, and I find that my dreams/mind are so busy I can't even become conscious enough to do a reality check or anything of the sort. And when I look back in the morning I'm wondering why :S. Does this happen to everyone starting out, and is dealt with practicing or is it unique?

      If I understand your question about Reality Checking, you were asking about doing that in a dream? or in waking life?

      Either way, the more you practice, the better you will get. You will get to the point where if you see anything strange going on in waking life, it will be instinct to do an RC... Then hopefully, that same concept with flow into your dreams
