      Bit of history, questions

Hey, I came across this website yesterday and I have to say that it confirmed a ton of things that I have suspected throughout the years, involving lucid dreaming.

For one: When I was younger, I believe that my family was attacked by demons trying to drag us apart. This manifested in the form of a creepy panther like creature during the day - note (not a dream or PS vision) and a horrible nightmare of a devilish version of my mother attacking me,torturing me, and destroying me.
After praying to God for help and talking to my parents I realized that the only way to stop this horror would be to confront.
That very night I somehow became lucid and confronted the demon/avatar/creepy mother. I commanded it to leave by the power of God, threw an imaginary wave of power at it with my hand (I think), and made the Sign of the Cross (yep, I'm a Catholic :p). The thing screamed once, then disappeared.

I never had that dream again, except for one time when I forced myself to dream it.

So yeah, I never really attained lucidity again.
I would love to be able to do this somehow, in any way possible. I have had many non-lucid dreams when I have had telekinetic powers (awesome) and actually cried when I awoke and realized they were non-existent.

In the last year, I have noticed that my dream recall sucks, inversely proportional to the fact that I have begun to play a ton of video games (even though when I was younger I had great DR and played tons of games). My point is, what can I start doing tonight to gain lucidity. I've read the tuts, and have actually experienced with WILDs and SP myself, actually created a dream from waking state once. Would DR or WILDs be a better way to go? Oh, although this may seem a small concern, what is the best way to create a situation where sex occurs in a lucid dream?

Thanks in advance to you all, and I look forward to becoming a part of this quite unique and interesting community!

DR or WILDS? I'm guessing you mean DILD or WILDS. You need DR, Dream Recall, for all lucid and non-lucid dreaming.
If you can do WILD's, that's great! I've read that it's difficult for people who are just starting (like me ), but seeing as you've been able to do it, that's good.
With DILD, you don't have to use the WBTB, but you'd have to work on RC's throughout the day.

I haven't had a Lucid Dream yet, but I've been lurking pretty much everywhere on this forum for a few days
While in a Lucid Dream, you have total control, so you can make your own sex situations if you wish. People do report that it causes them to wake up during or afterward though.
