hi! lucid dreaming is separate from meditation, but is a core pre-requisite for dream yoga |

Hello everybody! I'm Bryan and I am new to the whole LUCID dreaming scene. I have before in the past had a few lucid experiences not knowing exactly what it was called or what I could do with it. I found this forum yesterday and started reading up on LUCID dreaming and I could not stop! You guys have such good advice and explain things very well. I downloaded that mp3 from really and wow..... with that and applying some of the things I read helped me to attain a state of lucidity I have never been to before. It wasn't a full-out dream, but the experience of doing reality checks and having my brain realize that I was dreaming while in control of it was surreal. I woke up this morning feeling sooo refreshed! Is this a form of meditation as well? I heard that meditation rest is a lot more powerful than normal sleep. |
