I just discovered this dream forum and am psyched to join. A couple weeks ago I decided I was going to start paying more attention to my dreams. I used to keep a dream journal about a decade ago and found it an amazing source of creativity and inspiration, but then real life intruded -- and, well, you know how it goes.
I want to regain control over my dreams. As a writer, I am very interested in keeping my mind in shape and I think that working towards lucid dreaming is a great form of mental exercise.
... If anyone has any tips to offer, I'd love to hear them!
