      Hello fellow dreamers

Hello, i first read up about lucid dreaming around 10 months ago and have been trying on and off to become lucid. I have had about 8 lucid dreams already which were really good but quite short in length...i managed to fly in one of them

Anyway i would say ive joined up to try and become better at attaining and maintaing lucidity, and to keep me motovaited so i can hopefully perfect this unique skill.

First of all, ! Sounds you are on the right track. There are plenty of tutorials here regarding your problem. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask (even if you probably are a more experienced lucid dreamer than I am ;P)

Welcome to Dreamviews felix and ultima, I wish you both the best of luck. As Xel said feel free to ask any questions and as for your problem felix try looking at your hands or spinning, it should prolong your dream. Also the most important thing to lucid dreaming (or at least I think it is) is to know that it is an easy thing to do, all I normaly need to do is to remember my dreams, even though I recently had a dryspell. If you beleive that it is easy it should come easily.

Ultima, I would like to know about your experiences with lucid dreaming

You too should also check out the tutorial section for some important info.

Thanks guys. I have tried spinning in my very first lucid dream just to test it out, which unfortunatly made me wake up in bed....or so i thought....i later found out it was a false awakening . I've had a dream where i woke up in my room and started getting ready for work, eating breakfast and getting dressed, and then i checked the time and it kept on scrambling.

It was really strange becoming aware like that because there i was not that happy about going to work and then bam!!! This imense feeling of joy by becoming lucid...and not having to go to work lol. The lucid dream was quite uneventful, just wondering around and looking at my neighborhood, which was very similar to how it is in the waking state.
