      Hello.

So, I've been wanting to learn how to Lucid Dream for a long time now, but I've just gotten around to actually TRYING to learn today. After reading some of the article's about different techniques, I'm completely confused. Can anyone help me find an inducement technique? Preferably one that allows me to get as much sleep as possible, the longest lucid dream, and the easiest one to master for someone with little patience and someone who can't pay attention or sit still for too long, if one exists?

I undestand that remembering dreams is extremely important, and luckly I typically do. Although, for some reason, I can't remember last nights.

      Thanks, Glad to be here.

Hello and welcome to dream views spike. I suggest that you start a dream journal, its extremely important. As for the easiest way to get lucid just expect it to happen and it should. If you have a lucid dream one night why not the next?

If you want explanations of the any technique just post it and I'm sure somebody will clear up your confusion.

There isn't really a "end-all, be all" technique. Every person has their own way of getting lucids which works best for them.

Generally, however, WILD's (Wake Initiated Lucid Dreams) are considered a great way to get lengthy, vivid, lucids. But it is considered a more advanced technique, so you'd be better off starting with your Dream Journal (as Sugarglider11 mentioned) and Reality Checking with your Dream Signs.
