      WILD bad for you?

I got the furthest I had gotton before with WILD last night. I got to the start of SP- i heard my ears switch over to internal senses and could hear a crazy noise, but I got over excited/scared and woke myself up. Afterwords I felt quite tired, and kept getting little dizzy feelings in my head that i usually ascociate with being ill. Just wondering what this is- I'm thinking that because the WILD atempt failed, maybe your brain is full of these sleep chemicals which wern't properly used up due to the failed WILD or something along those lines. Also there was almost a slight sickness feeling due to the same thing.

good that i'm not alone. it's not that bad or anything, but a little bit offputting. The first couple of times i tried to WILD it almost felt like i had a slight headache afterwords. Maybe your body has to get used to it.

That's strange... I've never had that problem when attempting WILD.

Never had problems either... Maybe a little more info would help.

Are you using anything to help you? Are you in a comfortable position?

I'm not using anything to help. Yeah the postition is fine. What else.. well id say it's bascily like how you would feel if you had a bad nights sleep, or you had to get up very early- that slight sickess/tiredness feeling, but it wasnt as noticable as how you would feel then, it was only subtle. So it makes me think that it's just to do with sleep chemicals or something similar, So it hopefully wouldn't be noticable if the WILD was completed as you would go through the normal stages of sleep. Last night i got a bad nights sleep as 2 owls kept making noises. I was drifting off and then the owls would wake me up, this happend about 3 times. So after my body nearly falling asleep and the waking up 3 times, it got to a point where i couldnt get into a deep sleep state, even though i felt tired. I think that maybe a failed WILD atempt when you get to the onset of SP stage, could cause this due to the way the body works, as if it's releasing these tiredness chemicals which don't get used up or flushed if the WILD is aborted at a late stage. Although i don't know anything about how the body work in this way, this is just speculation.
