Hi! I did something, I don't know what it's called

      Hi I'm Alexander,

I'm new to doing all this so I'm a bit slow on all the terms. Last night I tried this thing where my body feel asleep but my mind stayed awake, but when it did I didn't know what to do next! What did I do exactly? Is this a lucid dreaming technique? Please help, thanks

      Thumbs up gj..

      Yeah,
when your body falls asleep its called an SP -
Sleep Paralyisis. (I think thats how you spell it)

      Did you have an LD?
That technique is used for WILD ( wake induced lucid dreaming ) for an LD.

I'vee never had an LD so idk thats awesomee congrats that you got that far!

      ANYWAY

Well from SP you can move into a lucid dream. though I forgot exactly how, it shouldn't be too hard though, I assumed getting into the sleep paralysis stage was the smot difficult.
      good times
