I have trouble somtimes getting fully asleep, im in a sort of half lucid state for hours it seems. by half lucid state i meen this: i am conciously working problems out in my head. for me i write alot of material out before i go to sleep, i like to write jokes because i hope to one day help write for a sitcom, so im writing ideas and such down really thinking hard, and then i go to sleep but it seems like the work is brought with me while i sleep and so im half concious writing these ideas, all night but i cant do anything else im conciouse but im not concious enough to relize that im dreaming or really focus, it's helpfull to a certain extent like i have woken up to some pretty decent ideas for a story or joke but i was wondering how i could help myself relize that im dreaming and than work on my material in a lucid dream instead, because right now thinking up ideas while sleeping isnt very focust its like im trying to write like im drunk or somthing.
