      Hello!

      Hi!
So, I've been a lurker here for quite some time, since I got into Lucid Dreaming a couple of months ago. Just last night, I had two Lucid Dreams which were great experiences, but I was only able to induce them through already waking up in SP. I'm not sure what to call this (WILD or DEILD), but are there techniques for waking up in SP ready to go for an LD?

Sounds like you did what we call a DEILD, where you wake up momentaily then go right back into a lucid dream. DEILD is when you wake up in SP, or very close to SP, a WILD is when you start from a waking state and shift into a dreaming state. Check out the tutorials in my signature for more details

Thanks! After reading the tutorials, I know what direction to go now.

      A few questions:
Concerning DEILD, can you induce it after a Normal Dream, without lucidity?

Also, is it possible to DEILD after some minor movements, or must I stay still the entire time?

Yes, you can DEILD from a regular dream, that's how a lot of people do it. You can move a little bit, it's so quick though that you really won't have time.
