I tried lucid dreaming i think about two years ago and i heard about it from my friend, who had practised it, but didn't have the time anymore. I had three lucid dreams then and in every one of them i just realized that i was dreaming (no dream signs or RC-s). I think i became lucid because of my dream journal. But the actual problem is/was, that when i became lucid, i couldn'd concentrate and stabilize the dream. I think i just didn't know that i had to do it, but even so i started to do things to fast and i got too exited. How should i remind myself to stay calm in a dream?
