Glass?

Hello everyone here at dreamviews. I'm new to the site. I had a strange occurrence in my dream this morning and was wondering if anybody has ever ran into this before. It was one of those dreams that are so vivid that it's too good to be real (because it's not ;D). Somehow I realized that i was dreaming and got extremely excited and started to try and tell one of my DCs. I was running through the house we were in saying "we can do anything we want!!" So i tried to show this to him by jumping through a sliding glass door. When i hit the door....the door broke. I woke up in my house. Thankfully it was just an FA and i had some fun after that until i woke up. But i was just wondering if glass is very stable in dreams? Or was I just not on the level of lucidity that i thought.

Or was I just not on the level of lucidity that i thought. welcome to DV. and well done on that LD. and glass is just the same as anything else in a dream. remember, there is no glass. then you'll see, that it is not the glass that breaks, it is only yourself. (you will need to have seen the matrix to get why i said that, but the meaning behing it is true anyway)

It was a really weird feeling when i hit almost like i did break along with the glass. Thank you. I must try again sometime.
