      Hello I'm new here ^^

Good day everyone, pleased to be here.

I wanted to know a lil something , I've been into energy stuff and alikes but I have very bad control in remembering dreams.

Well I have this technique that helps me remember my dreams now and then, I start relaxing while I'm laying down and close to sleep, then I "try" to raise my vibration rate, like making my body tingle and get deep I do it for a long while and then I end up in a deeper sleep where I get more details and feelings from what I dream.

I wonder has anyone tried this already , and if not try it, it's cool.

I know this is strange but I really want to meet someone in my dreams and he's far away.

Hi mowglycdb welcome to the forum . I know what you are talking about, this also helps to relax before sleep so your sleep is better, might be the reason why it helps dream recall. I usually combine this with setting my intention before I go to sleep by repeating to myself that "I will remember my dreams tonight" a few times while relaxing. Helps a lot too! Good luck in getting lucid...
