      Keep waking up!

      Hey guys, I used to have no problem lucid dreaming, but lately I've been waking up from my dreams extremely thirsty, it's happened around 5 times now and it's quite annoying. I've done the spinning technique each time, on various times it extended my experience by a few minutes, but I still ended up waking up.

      Are there any other techniques besides spinning and trying to use all of your senses?

      Logic demands that you ingest more fluids before sleeping .

      But yes there are other methods, useful for me is rubbing my hands.

      Hm, try drinking a couple glasses of water 1 - 2 hours prior to going to sleep. After 4 or 5 hours (your body should be ready to expel the liquid at this point), wake up and stay up for an hour, then attempt a WILD as you fall asleep. That MAY help seeing as you won't be thirsty after those glasses of water and your body will want to lose the bulk of it after a few hours (forcing you to wake up and do a WBTB).
