How to have a vivid dream?

anyone can help me? i want to remember the dreams i dreamt so i can write them down in the morning, that's basically it. then i can try to work on becoming lucid.

yesterday i think i had 3 dreams, but sadly i can only remember 1 and not so perfectly.

Try repeating to yourself over and over again, "I will remember every aspect of my dream when I wake up." Write it down immediately if you DO wake up and remember; don't leave it till morning.

And you have to start thinking about your dream the MOMENT you wake up. If you start thinking about the day ahead of you, or even stuff that happened the day before, your dream goes poof, history.

Tell yourself ahead of time that you will remember your dreams and write them down. Tell yourself as you're falling asleep, "I will wake after every dream and write it down." Then, picture yourself doing it, so you convince your brain that you mean it.

You should naturally wake up after every dream throughout the night. Sometimes this happens 3 or 4 times. Don't just wait until morning to record your dreams. Unless your alarm clock happens to wake you in the middle of your last dream of the night, the memories will probably be faded by the time you wake up.
