And you have to start thinking about your dream the MOMENT you wake up. If you start thinking about the day ahead of you, or even stuff that happened the day before, your dream goes poof, history. |

Tell yourself ahead of time that you will remember your dreams and write them down. Tell yourself as you're falling asleep, "I will wake after every dream and write it down." Then, picture yourself doing it, so you convince your brain that you mean it. |
