Hi Dan. I would say that, although it is for most people a pretty hard method to start with, you could definately continue your efforts to WILD. Meanwhile you could also try other methods if you like (don't have to but you can). For example you could try to do a WBTB with WILD or MILD. WBTB is a highly effective method because your brain/mind is already more in a dreaming state, and rested enough to more easily try these methods. Good luck with it! |
