      I don't understand!

I do everything that I'm supposed to. I reinforce the idea in my head but whenever I wake up, I cannot remember my fracking dreams! How can I improve my dream recall?

Try doing it before you go to bed. I have pretty bad dream recall, and I've been trying for nearly a year but never really LDed. One thing that does have tangible proof of working for me is autosuggestion BEFORE I go to bed. Try that.

Waking up to an alarm half-way through sleeping to record your dreams works too.

My adoptee had trouble with remembering dreams. I told her to do this -

Wake up an hour before you usually do, go back to bed and wake up at your usual time.

When you go back to sleep you will immediately have a dream and because you are going to wake up soon after it is really easy to remember it.
She did this a few times to get a feel how dreams are and it helped her remember the ones during the night. Try it!

To remember my dreams when I wake up, I find that lying in the exact position that you woke up in and not moving helps me to remember my dreams.

I tried all of these last night and still got nothing! I'm going to give it one more night and if I don't have a dream tonight, I'm giving up on DV and ever having an LD.

I understand your frustration, because I had horrible dream recall. I would maybe remember one dream a month, which would soon be forgotten. I found a method which works for me, a helps me remember a dream every night, and sometimes more. When you wake up, you may find that your thinking about something, you may also be thinking, what did I dream about? Ignore this and let your mind wander. After a few seconds follow your train of thoughts backwards, EX. What was I thinking a second ago, and how does it realate to what I'm thinking now? Eventually you should get to your dream.

Don't give up. It may feel like it's not working, but if you keep trying you should succeed. You may also find that your dream just pops into your head quite suddenly, even if you feel like your having no success.

I hope that helps you, at least a little bit.
