I dont know if i trust the site that much... but without going there i am assuming that it is binaural beats that it sells? Or maybe subliminal messages in a video. Or maybe its just dudes who are on video talking about lucid dreaming..

But if it is binaural beats then i would like to say that you should not buy any of them. The best ones out there are free... and that is why they are free, because they work and they are from people who actually want to help other people. The ones that cost money are normally just mp3's that people make to try to get people to buy them to make a few extra bucks. But even the free ones dont work some times. Basically you have to find what does work for you and what doesnt through experimenting and finding what your body responds to most. You may find that binaural beats really dont work at all for you, but will get your brother or sister into a lucid dream within 10 minutes of listening to it. The mind is a very weird thing.

If it is subliminal messages then basically they show you a picture of a lucid dream or like a picture of "RC" or something that relates to you that says you are dreaming, and then it will randomly flash that picture to you. You will not be able to make out what it is, but your subconcious will work on it and when you go into a dream hopefully your subconcious figures it out and then you have an RC or something. I dont know, i have never personally used these because my dreams wouldnt let me, but maybe you could try and see what works for you.

Remember, just because someone says something works for them dont believe it will work for everyone.

yes, i understand that this is all about binaural beats and subliminal messages. but i am trying to find someone who can share the exact methods he is using for lucid dreaming.

For example: as a background track I use binaural sound: first 5 mins decrease from 16 to 10 Hz, then 5 mins 10 Hz constatnt, then 5 mins decrease from 10 to 3 Hz, then 40 mins constatnt at 3 Hz and then the last 5 mins increase from 3 Hz to 7 Hz.
I mix this track with the loop of subliminal messages: "It is ok now to have a dream - I am dreaming - I have a vivid lucid dream - I am in disneyland and enjoying all the attractions here"; I loop this set of messages from 15th till 55th minute.

THIS is what i am searching for - recipes from people who create these lucid guides for themselves and want to share the knowledge with others.

I see what you mean and what you want, but just remember again that everyone is different.

that is clear, but sharing exact experiences does not seem bad to me.

there are a lot of scams out there when it comes to Lucid Dreaming... i wouldnt buy any of them as you will be able to find many free ones that work for alot of people.

The best way not to get scammed is by trusting your own inner self and induce your own LD. Those cd's can only help you if you truhly believe in it. Otherwise it will be a waste of time and money.

PS : I can make a potato induce me if I really wanted to LD. Its all about your belief

Personally, my policy is this: never trust anyone trying to sell you lucid dreaming.
