I have these 3 ingredients. b6, 100mg magnesium 250mg, and some melatonin 3mg.
i take my melatonin before i go to bed. i'm going to take some b-6 along with it tonight and hopefully LD 
I was thinking 200mg B6 and 3mg melatonin.. and just take magnesium when I go to work tomorrow morning.. that way the 250mg is absorbed into my system and i'lll take my multivitamin after i get home (100mg of magnesium).. then skip the magnesium pills for some days. ... if that combo doesn't work i'll try taking 50mg b6 3mg-melatonin at bed and 50mg with a WBTB...
any suggestions/comments? please advise
