      Nap - sleep paralys

Okay I just woke up from nap. I tried to WILD unsuccesuful anyway i get my mind back after about 50 min of sleeping. I was just lying on the bed nothing much was happend and I accidentally open one eye by half an second and whats happend was louder and louder sound in my brain just like comming to SP, I was seriously but i dint moved or anything, sound gets really loud which scares me a bit so i moved my finger and sound goes off.
Sound was the same all the time just louder and louder.
So my question is what was that? I tricked my body by opening half eye that im dreaming? I will try to this again to see what will happend after the sound

Auditory hallucinations are normal. Pretty exciting actually and definitely a sign of a WILD approaching. I don't know that half opening your eye would have anything to do with it, and ,to be honest, I couldn't completely follow your explanation of what happened. Just relax and keep trying. Also it's probably easier to just try WBTB and let the WILDs come naturally. But don't let me stop you from discovering a technique that works for you, just because I haven't heard of it. Good luck.

Those loud sounds are classic SP, yep. You usually get some hallucinations with SP, either visual, auditory or tactile.

When you tried to open your eye or when you did, it is possible that you didn't open a physical eye, and were having some kind of false awakening. Could be either, though.

SP is always a bit freaky the first several times you experience it. Just remember to breathe deeply, relax and keep reminding yourself that it cannot harm you. The loud ringing or other noises can be pretty unpleasant, though...next time, see if you can change the sounds consciously and make it music or something like that. It is pretty hard to control those ringing/roaring sounds, but it's worth trying. Either way, it normally doesn't last long and then you'll be on your way to a dream.

It was your mind making things up because it doesn't know how to interpret not hearing. Your brain had been disconnected from your ears for sleep paralysis and your brain had to fill something in because not hearing is not the same as hearing nothing.
