      thanx for your replies guys!
So how would I be able to get around this problem? Its not possible for me to bunk my exams (I don't even want to think about what my parents would do to me if I did).
How do I go about improving my dream recall during such times?

Grown ups dream less because they are under more stress than children they have more issues to worry about, stress is a dream killer

It might sound stupid, but you should probably start studying earlier then you have less stress of doing a bad job at the exams and you might have a greater chance for having a lucid dream

The idea is not stupid at all. Its just that, even if I study earlier, the course is so huge that just one quick revision takes hell lot of time, and I get only 1 day for preparations between two consecutive exams, which means all the less time for me to revise everything.
I think one way around this problem is to have a "don't care about results" attitude, which will be a little hard for me
