This happens to my every time I try to WILD. I believe it is the early stages of sleep paralysis, because I still have the ability to move my hands after the feeling of numbness, though not as properly as I usually can. |

Yeah, the slight numbness is the early stages of SP/transition to the dream. Once SP is in its full, it is hard to mistake for something else. Sometimes, SP is very brief and you may not get more than some intense vibrations. Other times you can get full blown hallucinations. I find that each time I enter SP it is a relatively unique experience (hallucination-wise anyway). |
