      Does anyone have some mp3 files they can send to help me lucid dream?

      I really want to have one but its hard for me.

      I'm surprised you haven't found this sticky thread in the lucid aids section.

      It has some good ones. I have become lucid a couple of times using those.

      If someone does I would be very gratefull I've been using the dream journal for 2 weeks and I still cant LD and if I cant even do that I wont be able to astral project.

      mp3's arent just a "listen to this and you get ld"

      You need to use MILD with it for it to actually work most of the time.

      Dream Journals are not enough to get an LD. You need to do reality checks, get 7-8 hours of sleep a night, etc.
