      Hi, My name is Seth

      Hi,

Hello, everyone. My name is Seth. I am pretty new to lucid dreaming but I have already become very interested as to what can be done with it. I have practiced lucid dreaming on my own for only a couple of months. I have had only a couple lucid dreams. It is quite frustrating. So I was Googling to find out more about lucid dreams and I came across this forum. Perfect! I look forward to talking to you and sharing our dream experiences!

      Welcome!

      Welcome Seth
      just my $0.02's here

try not to get desperate or Needing of LD's, you'll stress yourself and with stress comes a blank mind and with a blank mind comes you waking up in the morning...

i've been trying for about the same time as you now, what works for me are MILD's and DILD's aswell as the rare FA's i myself can only attain Lucididty by using supplements, working on trying without them tho
im taking 5mg melatonin and 100mg b6 15mins before i sleep. works great with a MILD!

i just ly there and have some fun daydreams until i fall asleep, usually i dont notice when the daydream switches to a lucid when i fall asleep, so i need to work on noticing dream signs,

      have a gewd night!
