      hey dreamers!

allo. i'm a 21 year old aussie that is trying to become a master of lucid dreaming. i've always been a good dreamer, the only real trouble i've had is dream recall. um anyway, this site rocks, and so do the emoticons. just so you know, i smoke weed and take psychadelics. my 2 fave bands are metallica and tool and i'm trying to become a photographer. i have a fair lot of hobbies, such as reading, writing and drawing. there's nothing i really like more than to go to live concerts. um yeah, some of my fave films.. before sunset, waking life, suburbia, full metal jacket, the big lebowski, fight club, american beauty, the doors, tombstone, amost famous, shawshank redemption, pi. and my 3 fave cartoons are home movies, family guy and aqua teen hunger force. cheers. 8)

      yeah welcome

keep a pen and a scrap of paper by the bed. whenever you are not completely asleep, force yourself out of your comfy half-sleep, and jot down a few words that would remind you of your dream. seriously!

      Hi and welcome!

I'm new here too, but I already like this place.
I'm sure you'll make yourself comfortable, too.

And, as others have already mentioned, keep a dream journal.
I'm used to "not dreaming" at all, have 1 dream a month or so.. I've just started my journal, and I'm already making progress.

      See you around

      Re: hey dreamers!

Hmm.... another Fight Club fan..... *deploys spy equipment* Oh, wait, you like Shawshank Redemption. I guess you're okay

Anyway, I'm glad you decided to join us, NatureBoy! I hope you enjoy your stay here and if you have any questions, please feel free to post or PM myself or one of the other Dream Guides (DGs) or mods or friendly people you come across. And as has been mentioned, it's an excellent idea to keep a dream journal to help you improve your recall ability. I've got some tips on journaling if you need some or you can try out your own ways if that works better for you Sweet Lucid Dreams!
