      Question about caffiene

      Hello DV,

      I'm wondering if I do a WBTB and WILD and drink something containing caffeine (not necessarily a lot), will it help me stay aware, or will it make a WILD more difficult?

      Don't quote me on this, but I think I heard that if you take a little bit. Not too much, but just enough, it will help.

      I noticed that for Mild it doesn't help, as it will keep you up longer, but if you're doing wild a little caffeine helps.
