Thread: Hello there.

Hey guys, I have been working on lucid dreaming and OBEs for a a month or so now. The whole Lucidology thing got me started, and I know that isn't the best place for advice, so I came here. I usually can't sleep because I constantly have cold feet and hands. When I can sleep it usually takes a few hours to do so, and then I only have very little time left for sleeping. I have been working on the "stop drop and roll" method for a while, and it makes me extremely tired, but the problem then is that I just can't fall asleep (I seem to not get the "roll over signal" at all, so I just spend about 2 hours laying there on my back, and I have only gotten to a vibrational state). Yesterday I decided to try and sleep how I usually used to do it, which was on my sides, and I was actually able to fall asleep (with the help of warming my feet with hot water in a container). I am about to start acupuncture therapy tomorrow for my cold feet and hands, and for some better sleep.

I am looking forward to my journey here in lucid dreaming and such! It seems like the perfect place for it.

tried to do some body exercises before sleeping?
You can try some energy-work too. Read "New Energy Ways" by Robert Bruce.
