I also suggest starting a dream journal and keeping it updated as much as possible. It will help you build some nice recall. Good luck in your future efforts!

      to DV. That first one is the hardest, so it's good that you've already had one. Check out the tutorial section below for anything that you might need, I recommend starting with DILD and Reality Checks Feel free to ask lots of questions.
