      New here !

This is my first post. . .
I've been interested in Llucid dreaming for a while now. I was more into astral projection beforehand and that led me to lucid dreaming. I finally found a forum and a lot of reading material. I guess it would also help to mention that I have narcolepsy? lOl.

      Welcome to the community

I originally wanted to know if "controlling your dreams" was possible. So I went on google and found a whole forum (this place) with people talking about it.

I'd give this place a look if you want to learn more: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=66753

So you have narcolepsy? You mean like this?: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X0h2nleWTwI

Yes, but not to that degree (yet?). My cataplexy is negligible and only occurs in my lower jaw and sometimes my chest and arm very infrequently. I also don't fall asleep as quickly (under 8 minutes) as most narcoleptics. But, I hit REM in 4.5 minutes right after falling asleep.
