      Hello

Hi, I joined a couple of years ago when i had a few memorable lucid dreams. Since then i had a baby and forgot all about my interest in lucid dreaming, i rarely even remember my dreams anymore, when i used to remember them most nights. I'm hoping that by reading this forum regularly and the turorials will help.
Has anyone else ever just stopped remembering their dreams?

I'm sorry, that was hillarious. The thread title is "Hello" your name is "Kittie".... Ok, enough with the bad joke. I have a lot of trouble with dream recall, even though I keep a DJ, and take extra steps to remember dreams. Start up a DJ if you haven't already, and that should help YOU to remember your dreams.
And now.. for a Stephen Strutmeyer Film...

      Hey,

Kraftwerk is right. Emphasis on your dream journal. For a period of about a year I let go of my Dream journaling habits..I was always quite diciplined, and promptly just forgot my dreams.

I recently began keeping it once again and lo' and behold, though I have the odd night where I recall only a tiny fragment, pretty much it's 2+ dreams a night, in vivid detail.

By keeping your dream journal, you'll be telling your subconcious mind that your dreams are important to you, you'll be getting more familiar with them too, and you'll begin recalling them far better.

Combining your dream journal with some good reality checks from time to time and I think you're well on your way to some good lucid dreams.

      Best of luck!
