There's a text I read from some google search I did, that says something very promising (originally it was in spanish, and I translated with the google translator):
Osho:
The moment when you go to sleep, is the moment to find you with the unconscious. You've been sleeping all day, but have not yet tackled the dream. You have not seen what it is, how come, how do you abandon him. You know nothing about him. You've been going to sleep every night and waking from sleep each morning, but have never seen the moment the dream comes, you have not sense what is happening. Evidence for this experiment and then after three months, suddenly one day you will fall asleep consciously.
Lie on your bed, close your eyes and then remember-remember it - that the dream is coming and that you have to stay awake when you arrive. This exercise is very difficult. The first day will not be successful, the next day you will not succeed, but if you persist every day, constantly reminding that the dream is coming and you're not going to allow this without your realizing it, you have to feel the dream invades you, which is the dream, the dream then one day appear and you will be awake yet. In that moment, you you become aware of your unconscious. And once you have become aware of your unconscious, you'll never sleep. The dream is there, but you're awake at a center that you will continue to receive. Around you will sleep and continue receiving center.
When the center receives, dreams are impossible, and when sleep is impossible, dreams are also impossible. Then sleep in a different way, see a different quality because of that finding.
