      Ahhhh ...

      I am *delighted* to find this forum. I've been lucid dreaming for about 8 years now, and I'm almost always alone in being a lucid dreaming enthusiast. Sure, you can find many dream forums and groups (i've just started attending a Dreams Meetup that I enjoy) but the focus is generally on dream interpretation, not lucid dreams. So thanks to whoever started this forum.

      I just had a lucid dream yesterday during a day off. I slept in, and it always increases my chances at lucidity. I wish I could sleep in every day

      P.S. You don't, by any chance, use dream re-entry, do you? That's what I did to get my LDs several years back.

      Thanks for the welcomes. Amethyst, I am not so good at re-entering the same dream, although it has happened. I can re-enter the dream state, but usually the visuals are different and I go along with them.
