Question How can you make dreams surreal ?

I always have incredibly boring dreams about school and swimming training and things like that and I was wondering if anyone knew a way to make dreams more surreal whithout taking drugs or anything that can't be found in ordiany food.

      Thanks

Certain foods, vitamins and supplements can encourage more vivid and clear dreams. B6 is also infamous for causing very surreal and sometimes frightening dreams.

Particularly you want to get a healthy dose of the B vitamins. Things like Melatonin and Tryptophan/5-HTP can also help, and anything that encourages Seratonin production is a necessity.

      Eat Salvador Dali.

Seriously, expose yourself to lots of surreal things. With a little bit of effort you can control the tone of your dreams.

Interesting. I'm tempted to give some of these a try. However, I wonder what may be causing apple juice to induce surrealism in dreams? Is it from the apple juice concentrate tself, or some key ingredient used by certain manufacturers as for preservation?

I have only started with everything recently but I have some vitamin tablets (which have mostly everything in them in smaller quantities) that I took everyday before realising what the B6 in them helped towards.

I also heard a banana (or apple juice) is good before bed.
