      Hello everyone

Like in the tittle, hello everyone. I'm Joćo Freitas, and I'm from Portugal.

About a week ago I discovered sleep paralysis and the lucid dreams. I simply loved what people said about it. I already knew about astral projection (little +++) but didn't know that it was relacionated.

I was googling and I find out this site and I took a look into the forums and decied to sign up.

I'm getting some problems in doing this dream travels, so I hope you could help me.

      Regards.

What problems are you having with dream travels exactly?

First thank you for the welcome.

I'm trying this for the whole week. The first time I tried, I was scared but then I could perform the sleep paralysis (not all body) and I heard a bike and I simply knew that it wasn't real because I know very well the place I live. And that's it. The other times I tried with no success. I already tried the clock one for 2 times. After I wake up I didn't move anything and simply was focused and saying the sentences to know when enter the dream. I was always focused and nothing simply happened. I know that I'm doing something wrong, so I need advices, please. I really want to have Lucid Dreams and I'm prepared to train and wait. (I already checked some tutorials but I couldn't understand everything because it's something new.)

      So, again, thank you.
