      Hey everyone,
      I'm obviously new here . I've studied Lucid Dreaming in the past for about a month (I know, not very long) and I want to learn more about Lucid Dreaming.
      So, I guess this is basically a heads-up that you've got a new member

      Welcome to DV Devon. There's lots of info on this site, especially tutorial section. There are also quite some seasoned lucid dreamers here so you should ask them about these delta and beta waves, cause I have never heard of them.

      Delta, Beta, and Theta waves are just different types of brain waves that occur during various sleep stages. Not overly exciting, imo.
