Thread: subliminal messages

I used a cd with subliminal messaging and brainwave entrainment; it was supposed to get my brain into different frequencies.
Not sure if it did that, but it did put me into a deep trance, my whole body was numb; and I was almost paralyzed.

So yes they can work, not sure how effective they are for everyone.
P.S.(The one I was using was supposed to give me a Lucid Dream.)

yah thats what im using did you have any lucid experiences??????

No I did not, but as I said... I did attain deep trance, there are three stages to trance, deep is the third and most refined, the cd's led me into that.

Not a bad place to be->But not Lucid Dreaming.

I've got this mp3 from unexplaineble.net and I have the same expiriance as Tobi. I have not yet had a lucid dream from it but it's easy to get into a "trance", it makes it a-lot easier to get into trance. Things start tingling as soon as I tune in to the sound. I think this last step is up to me. And not the sounds.

So basicly: It helps. But does not do all the "work" for you.

Farthest I got was actually being able to see my dream world in my minds eye; and I had my physical optics turned off.
I couldn't push my awareness through to my other self though.

I can get into deep trance very easily now though, which is nice for my Astral Projection and the such.

so how do you astral project is it fun and is it easy could u send me a link to a free mp3??????

The deepest I've ever gotten with WILDing is having these short dreams. After with I return to awareness. Or just seeing objects pass by. Hearing things.
Never actualy WILDed. I'll have to check up on AP again.
