      Straight into lucid dreaming?

I was wondering if there was anyway to go into a lucid dream without having to go to sleep for 5-6 hours?

      Um, yes two ways.

First one is easy. Take a nap during the early afternoon and you go straight into the REM cycle increasing consciousness and the likelyhood of a WILD.

Second one... Try to fall asleep consciously when initially falling asleep, thereby overriding the N-REM cycle and going straight into dreaming. Anchoring yourself on your breath or some image or sentence you repeat to yourself.

Second one is extremely difficult and most have failed... mostly because your forcing yourself to do something your so habitually not used too.

So to put it simply TAKE A CAT NAP WHILE DOING A WILD.

...there aren't really any methods of directly entering the dream except for the WILD technique of the wake back to bed method.

      Boy I wish there was...
